2. Our Surrogate Coordinator will review your intake form and be in touch by phone or email and can answer your questions.
3. Don’t forget… If becoming a surrogate is something you would consider in your future, even if you know you are not ready now, please act promptly! Open enrollment for surrogate friendly insurance is fast approaching. If you miss this opportunity it will not be available for another year – if ever.
4. Taking this step does not commit you to becoming a surrogate, but it does give you the option to decide.
